Proposal: following a Discovery call, we’ll send you a detailed project proposal.
Inception Meeting: to kick things off, we will host an online meeting to confirm the project objectives, milestones, timeframes and deliverables.
Project Work: we will carry out the agreed work within the agreed timeframe. We specialise in getting projects done quickly within a matter of weeks.
Progress Reporting: we’ll send you a weekly report updating you on our progress against the project objectives.
Deliverables: we’ll send you first drafts of any reports along with a feedback form where you can let us know of any changes to be made.
Amendments: based on your feedback, we’ll make any necessary amendments and will send you the final drafts.
Feedback: at the end f the project we’ll ask you for your feedback and will provide you with a project summary including lessons learnt from the work.
